The hot/cold water thermostat filter cartridge is a central element of the cocoon, which will allow the integrated mixer to produce temperate water of your choice, depending on the desired temperature.

Its clogging causes:

- a drop in the temperature of the water at the outlet of the hand shower / hand shower integrated in the cocoon, or even cold water

- a drop in pressure at the outlet of the shower head / hand shower.

Calcium deposits and unfiltered elements cause the part to fail.

Replacement to be done by a local technician or craftsman (electrician, plumber, etc.).
