The combination of two motors (generating frequencies from 25 to 50 Hz) and a large ergonomic platform (86 x 94 cm to offer great exercise comfort to your clients) makes the Power Plate pro5 very efficient , extremely pleasant and practically silent.
The Power Plate ® pro5 Air platform has more settings for more variety in health and fitness oriented programs. In particular, it makes it possible to offer training to people whose weight can be around 220 kg.
It also allows very dynamic sessions due to superior cushioning linked to the presence of air cushions adjustable in hardness.

It is equipped with several frequencies (from 25 to 50 Hertz) to use the most suitable vibration for each exercise according to your objective.
In terms of cycle times, the Pro5 Air can also be programmed to vibrate for 30 seconds or even for 9 minutes in a row . This is interesting for dynamic or chained exercises, thus avoiding restarting it every 60 seconds.
The frequency (from 25 to 50 Hz) can also be modified by 1 Hertz jump, which allows you to have a palette of 27 frequencies , and to find the personalized vibration that suits you best.
The pro5 air is designed to run 8 hours a day for years, so it is extremely durable and reliable.
